Conventional aeration method
Aeration method is the ozone gas produced by the ozone generator through the pipeline into the oxidation tower or the bottom of the oxidation pool, through the aeration head, aeration disc emitting micro bubbles,bubbles in the process of rising the ozone dissolved in water.
Advantages: Ozone machine energy consumption is low. Disadvantages: uneven gas distribution when the nozzle is blocked, poor mixing, the need for large air compressor and expensive oxidation tower.
Venturi fluidizer method
The efflux method is that the air cavity in the efflux machine forms negative pressure under the action of high-speed water flow, absorbs ozone gas, and the high-speed water flow then crushes the ozone gas to form microbubbles and fully contacts and
mixes with water.
Advantages: less investment, good mixing, short contact time, suitable for multi-environment places, not easy to plug.Disadvantages: strict reguirements for backwater prevention, multiple waterproof, late booster pump energy consumption is higher.
