Product Introduction

Using clean compressed air with dust removal, oil removal, water removal and bacteria removal as raw materials and Zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, oxygen was prepared using the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption.

The main reason is that zeolite molecular sieve adsorbed nitrogen and oxygen at different rates. Zeolite molecular sieve preferentially adsorbed nitrogen, while oxygen was mostly enriched in the non-adsorbed phase. The zeolite molecular sieve itself has the characteristics of increasing the adsorption capacity of nitrogen under pressure and decreasing the adsorption capacity of nitrogen under pressure. Using the characteristics of pressure swing adsorption, oxygen and nitrogen can be separated to get the gas components we need.
